Refund Policy & Payment Disclaimer
Refund Policy & Payment Disclaimer
At J&M Laborers, all projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% upfront payment is required to secure scheduling, materials, labor, and project preparation. The exact deposit amount may vary depending on the size, scope, and quoted cost of the project.
By approving a quote, estimate, invoice, or written agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the payment terms provided by J&M Laborers.
Deposits & Upfront Payments
All upfront payments are applied toward the total project cost and may be used for, but are not limited to, labor scheduling, materials, equipment, supplies, administrative costs, and other project-related expenses.
Because project costs and expenses may begin immediately after approval, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work performed and expenses incurred.
Completed Projects
Once a project has been completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
However, J&M Laborers stands behind the quality of its work. If there is an issue with the completed work due to defective workmanship or a clear flaw caused by J&M Laborers, the customer must notify J&M Laborers within a reasonable period of time. J&M Laborers will review the issue and, if appropriate, return to correct or repair the flawed work.
Refunds will not be issued for completed work unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by J&M Laborers.
Mid-Project Cancellation Or Termination
If a customer chooses to cancel or terminate a project after work has begun, any refund will be determined based on the status of the project and expenses already incurred.

-

-

-

-

-
Work completed up to the date of cancellation
-
Any other project-related expenses incurred by J&M Laborers
Any remaining balance eligible for refund will be reviewed and determined by J&M Laborers based on the circumstances of the project. J&M Laborers reserves the right to make the final determination regarding refund eligibility and refund amount, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes To Project Scope
Any changes, additions, or modifications to the original project scope may result in additional charges. Additional work requested by the customer must be approved and may require additional payment before the work is performed.
Final Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining project balance is due upon completion of the work. Failure to make final payment may result in additional fees, collection actions, or other remedies available under applicable law.
